“We purchased a heat pump from Adams. We did not have central air or a heat pump previously and relied on window a.c. units to cool the house. Tony Potts came out and did the estimate. He gave us a few options to consider before making the purchase and was very professional and courteous. The crew that did the install, too, were very professional. After the unit was installed we were amazed at what a difference it made. Our house is very comfortable. Tony followed up a few days later and explained the thermostat functions and made a few suggestions on how to better utilize the system. We are very pleased and I look forward to seeing the energy savings.”
