West Clermont High School Baseball Program
If West Clermont High School won the $1000, we would improve our dugouts. Our current dugout benches are traditional-style benches and in need of improvement. If we were awarded that money, we would build real baseball benches—the two-level benches you see in the college dugouts. It is a sorely needed enhancement that we don't have the resources to fix at this time. Our team works very hard, and the dugout improvement would take our baseball field to the next level. This would affect our baseball program in a positive way, helping to inspire us to be the best players we can be.
Turpin High School Baseball Program
Here at Turpin, our team would greatly benefit from the money from Adams Heating & Cooling. Our players and their families regularly take care of things ourselves wherever we can. We have many needs, but narrowing it down, we would use the grant mostly for dugout renovations and field improvements. This includes a red brick warning track (a track on the edge of the field to warn players about a wall/fence), Diamond-Dry (an all-natural, biodegradable, and renewal product made from corn cobs to absorb water on baseball fields), as well as other essential needs we have. This gift would mean so much to us.
Anderson High School Baseball Program
The Anderson High School (AHS) Baseball Program has begun a project in both the home and visitor dugouts on the baseball field. We have started with painting both the home and visiting dugouts as well as replacing, sanding down, and staining the boards in the benches. Another area of the project where we’ve started is installing visiting-dugout helmet cubbies and bat racks and installing home-dugout individual cubbies and hooks. Winning this contest would be GREAT, and the donated money from Adams Heating & Cooling would go towards covering
the cost of this project. We thank you for this opportunity.
