“I have been a long-time customer with Adams. They are continually reliable, professional and pleasant to deal with. During the twice annual maintenance visits, the technician takes the time to explain what work was performed as well as tips to extend the life of the unit. As the maintenance visit was concluding this past April, the technician made a suggestion that even though the unit was in fine shape, its age (20+ years) could lead to more issues down the road. Within a few days I called the office and set up an appointment with Tony to review new units and potential payment options. As always, he was polite and professional, taking the time to explain the various functions and capabilities of the units as well as answering my numerous questions. Soon after,my wife and I decided to purchase a new Carrier Infinity furnace. Installation took less than a day, the installers were friendly and efficient.
